To get approval in 2-4 month for the Real Estate Investment programme you need a €300k investment into a new reisdential property from a certified developer, and:

• Minimum a secure annual income of €50,000 from abroad, after tax
• For a spouse, the annual income is increased by €15,000; the spouse’s income can also be taken into account towards this amount.
• For dependent children (up to 25), the income requirement is increased by €10,000 for each child.
